Kids Jiu-Jitsu
Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program offers a fun, engaging introduction to Jiu-Jitsu for children ages 6–11. Kids learn essential techniques while training and playing alongside peers who are just starting out. Parents love seeing the positive changes that show up not just on the mat, but also at home and in the classroom.
Building Confidence One Class at a Time
We don’t want children to become overwhelmed by where their development in Jiu-Jitsu stands. They train at the pace that works best for them! Our instructors make sure that each child is progressing and learning in a way they can retain and then apply.
We know your children want to have fun while training. If they are bored, they won’t be as engaged. That’s why we have fun Jiu-Jitsu-based games we play! Students are taught to apply different techniques and moves in games that reward them for working hard on and off the mat.
We do introduce kids to sparring in this class. But don’t worry. Everything is kept safe and closely supervised. The sparring they do practice can be huge in their Jiu-Jitsu development—possibly even helping them develop their competition skills.
